AI Solutions Engineer – Process Automation

About the role

Join the Process Platform & Automation cluster at Commerzbank Poland as an AI Solutions Engineer. You will design, implement and improve AI‑supported agents and automation solutions that enhance banking processes and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse end‑to‑end business problems, assess data availability and identify high‑value AI use cases.
• Design, develop and integrate AI‑driven agents, LLM‑supported workflows and data‑driven automation using Python and SQL.
• Integrate AI models into cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability and production readiness.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers and business stakeholders to deliver maintainable solutions.

Required profile

• Strong technical understanding of automation, AI use‑case assessment and agentic workflow design.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements engineering and software development.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of solution delivery and move concepts to robust implementations.
