Agentic AI Cloud Engineer

About the role

PwC’s Cloud & Digital team is building a next‑generation migration platform that leverages agentic AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor or OpenCode. As an Agentic AI Cloud Engineer you will design and implement the engineering foundation that makes these agents reliable for real‑world cloud migration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build agent harnesses, including skills, instructions, tool contracts, evaluation cases and approval gates.
• Develop core platform components: MCP servers, typed testable tools, connectors to CMDB exports, Git repositories, Azure inventory and Terraform state.
• Implement large‑scale batch processing runtimes and CI/CD pipelines using Azure, Terraform and DevOps practices.
• Create proof‑of‑concept and MVP web applications in the framework of your choice for internal demos and client conversations.
• Translate migration project experience into reusable assets such as playbooks, decision patterns, reference architectures and golden cases.
• Stay up‑to‑date with GenAI and agentic AI developments, test new capabilities and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on cloud engineering or architecture experience (Azure preferred).
• At least one relevant cloud certification (e.g., Azure AZ‑104, AZ‑305, HashiCorp Terraform Associate).
• Professional experience with GenAI/agentic components, MCP servers, evaluation loops and vector databases.
• Daily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode) and familiarity with their extension points.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: typed schemas, testing, maintainable code, IaC and CI/CD tooling.
• Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
