Admissions Officer – Remote (Poland)

About the role

Global University Systems is looking for a meticulous and self‑driven Admissions Officer to manage the end‑to‑end admissions process for its UK and US partner universities. Working remotely from Poland, you will own a live portfolio of student applications, ensuring each case moves smoothly from submission to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a live portfolio of student applications, keeping each file accurate, complete, and progressing efficiently.
• Review, verify, and process documentation according to the admission requirements of UK and US partner institutions.
• Meet application deadlines, identify risks early, and resolve outstanding issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, partner universities, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the admissions cycle.
• Maintain compliance with institutional standards before submission.
• Monitor personal performance, analyse workflow efficiency, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions management, student enrolment, or a similar administrative role within higher education.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume application processing with exceptional accuracy.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently in a remote, KPI‑driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional stakeholder management.
