Admissions Manager

About the role

The Admissions Manager will lead InUni’s admissions operations in Poland, overseeing the full student application journey from submission to enrolment. This position is responsible for team performance, conversion rates, operational efficiency, and relationships with university partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Poland Admissions team, set targets and drive performance.
• Own the end‑to‑end admissions process, ensuring accurate and efficient application handling.
• Monitor and improve conversion metrics such as application‑to‑offer and offer‑to‑enrolment.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Compliance, Marketing and University Partnerships to maximise student conversion.
• Build strong relationships with university admissions teams and act as escalation point for complex cases.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in international student admissions, recruitment or higher education.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong understanding of the international student application journey.
• Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of the Polish higher‑education market is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM/admissions systems.
• Ability to analyse pipeline data and identify trends.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with KPI management.
