Accountant – Finance & Accounting Team

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join CKSource’s Accounting & Finance team in Warsaw. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate bookkeeping, support month‑end close, and help maintain compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Post all transactional documents (receivables, payables, assets, bank statements) in the accounting system.
• Maintain debt collection processes and participate in billing using Salesforce and Maxio.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under supervision.
• Reconcile accounting records with the general ledger and execute period‑end close activities for the Polish entity.
• Perform analytical reviews of key accounts (cash, AR, revenue, OPEX) and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure accounting processes comply with local statutory legislation.
• Handle general administrative tasks for the finance department.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a Polish finance or accounting role.
• Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to cooperate across departments and with external consultants.
• Excellent organizational skills and a good command of English (minimum B2).
