Workday Accounting Center Consultant (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Workday Accounting Center Consultant to join our team on a part‑time basis (≈20 hours per week). You will lead implementations, design solutions and support clients in leveraging Workday’s Accounting Center and Prism Analytics to meet their financial reporting needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Workday Accounting Center implementations and provide expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design, configure and optimise Accounting Center solutions in line with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate accounting and reporting needs into effective Workday configurations.
• Provide architectural guidance, recommend process improvements and ensure adherence to Workday standards.
• Perform system configuration, testing, validation and support data integration and reconciliation within Accounting Center.
• Utilise Workday Prism Analytics datasets to enhance reporting and data‑management capabilities.
• Participate in client‑facing discussions and contribute to business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Workday Accounting Center design, configuration and best practices.
• Availability to work part‑time (≈20 hours/week) on a freelance basis.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and related datasets (highly preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI‑powered tools for task automation, data analysis or content creation.
