UI/UX Designer – Senior (5‑8 years experience)

About the role

The UI/UX Designer will lead the visual creation of web and digital assets, translating requirements into compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts. You will work closely with design, marketing and development teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with design, marketing and development teams to understand requirements and ensure design integrity.
• Create graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts for digital and print media using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative or related field.
• 5‑8 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and attention‑to‑detail.
