Test Automation Engineer – FlexHub (Łódź)

About the role

Join the FlexHub team as a Test Automation Engineer, where you will shape the quality architecture of internal banking applications. Working from our Łódź office, you will collaborate with engineers, architects and product owners to deliver robust, scalable test frameworks that support multiple business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build critical test frameworks used across several teams.
• Define contract‑testing strategies for micro‑service interactions.
• Resolve complex synchronization, parallel execution and flaky‑test issues.
• Establish quality gates in CI/CD pipelines and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical planning.
• Analyse test metrics, write architectural decision records and drive adoption of new tooling.

Required profile

• Strong background in Java development and object‑oriented design.
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium WebDriver for cross‑browser testing.
• Proficiency in SQL for backend validation and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of Git version control and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
• Ability to communicate in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.
