Tender & Contract Operations Intern (all genders)

About the role

The Tender & Contract Operations Intern will join Philips’ Tender & Quote Team in Warsaw, supporting the sales support process and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. You will work on tender preparation, third‑party validation and contract registration while gaining exposure to public procurement and sales contract law.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Tender Team in the bidding process, including validation of third‑party components delivered to customers.
• Participate in the third‑party registration process by initiating requests and managing documentation.
• Support the registration of service contracts within the Tender Team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the sales support process.

Required profile

• Student in at least the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s program or a Master’s student.
• Fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
• Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Knowledge of sales contract law and public procurement is a plus.
