Team Coordinator

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Team Coordinator to lead a claims operations team serving Germany, Austria, Ireland, and the Czech Republic. You will combine people leadership with operational and project‑based responsibilities, driving improvements across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team handling insurance claims across four European countries.
• Manage day‑to‑day priorities, workload, and escalations in a dynamic environment.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements and support claims‑related initiatives.
• Conduct process analysis, mapping and data gathering to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Recommend and help implement new solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in people management or team leadership.
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload and handle escalations effectively.
• Proactive, independent and highly communicative working style.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Experience in process improvement and/or project management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
