Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Remote (Poland)

About the role

Kelly’s international MSP team is looking for a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to support the launch and operation of a client’s interim Managed Service Provider staffing program. The role is fully remote and based in Poland, acting as the central link between hiring managers, external staffing suppliers and Kelly’s delivery teams. You will focus on requisition and candidate coordination rather than direct sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requisition‑intake and strategy discussions with hiring managers.
• Align staffing suppliers on hiring requirements and manage their participation.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and selection processes.
• Track activity and maintain accurate records in the Fieldglass VMS.
• Manage communication between suppliers, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
• Support reporting, scheduling, invoicing, and process documentation.
• Identify and escalate delays or gaps in the staffing process.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with MSP/vendor management for contingent workforce.
• Hands‑on experience with VMS/Fieldglass technology.
• Proven ability to coordinate third‑party staffing agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English and French, both written and verbal.
