About the role
Join the Process Excellence team as a Support Analyst Intern to help automate, analyze, and continuously improve finance service infrastructure. You will gain hands‑on experience with service platforms, agile practices, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Support users via ticketing systems, email, chat, or phone, following service guidelines.
- Assist with user account setup, system access, and basic configurations.
- Diagnose and document common software, system, and access‑related problems.
- Collaborate with senior team members to escalate complex issues and work with support engineers and business application teams.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and monitoring of software updates and system alerts.
- Help identify recurring problems and contribute to support improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic understanding of common business applications such as ERP, CRM, or HR systems and general IT concepts.
