About the role

Pwc Strategy& is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its strategic advisory team in Warsaw. You will work on high‑impact projects for leading companies across Poland and the CEE region, helping them shape growth strategies, optimise operations and navigate complex transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations for development, sales, marketing, restructuring and operational excellence projects.
• Lead and coordinate project modules for clients in diverse sectors, from retail and consumer goods to healthcare and technology.
• Prepare analyses, formulate hypotheses, and present findings to senior client management.
• Mentor junior team members, share knowledge and conduct project training sessions.
• Manage small project teams of analysts and consultants.
• Contribute to Business Development initiatives, proposal creation and promotional events for Strategy&.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy consulting or related advisory roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data, research and stakeholder interviews.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior executives.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project workstreams.
