Staff Specialist, Technical Training

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate technical training programs to ensure compliance with corporate, divisional, and local quality requirements.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify training needs and translate them into effective learning programs.
• Administer and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) data, including bulk updates, training profiles, assignments, and reporting.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and KPIs, supporting leadership reviews.
• Lead structured problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Lean and Kaizen events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in training facilitation, learning content development, or LMS administration.
• Experience managing audit documentation and training records in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 820 requirements.
