About the role
The Sourcing Intern will support the Sourcing team with day‑to‑day activities and project work across a range of sourcing and procurement initiatives, gaining exposure to data analysis, supplier management and project coordination within a global MedTech organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with data collection, analysis and reporting to support sourcing projects.
- Help prepare and issue RFIs and RFQs, organise supplier responses and compare quotations.
- Conduct basic research on suppliers, products, markets and sourcing opportunities.
- Maintain sourcing project trackers, documentation and support internal and supplier meetings.
- Identify opportunities to improve the organisation and management of sourcing data.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2) and communicative level of Polish.
- Availability for a 12‑month internship, 30‑35 hours per week.
Required skills
- Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
