Solution Sales Engineer – Wireless

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Solution Sales Engineer specialized in wireless technologies to join its Warsaw team. You will work closely with service‑provider customers, delivering technical pre‑sales support and shaping network construction strategies for GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sale technical support, including solution design, dimensioning and proposal preparation for wireless and core networks.
• Identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service‑provider accounts.
• Collect and analyse market information to enhance customer relationships.
• Coordinate product‑related activities between Huawei and service‑provider customers.
• Promote GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G solutions and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
• Gather customer requirements and work with Product Management and Engineering to ensure they are reflected in product road‑maps.
• Develop network construction and overall solution sales strategies based on customer needs.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Experience in wireless/core technologies or technical sales.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow, with solid market analysis and structured thinking.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G mobile system technologies.
• Understanding of core network technologies.
