Solution Architect

About the role

As a member of Auditdata's Architecture Group, you will design and own enterprise‑grade solutions for audiology clinics and hearing‑care providers worldwide. This hands‑on role blends deep technical architecture with direct customer interaction to shape solutions that meet clinical and commercial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals, market needs and customer workflows into clear solution options with trade‑offs in cost, time, risk and long‑term fit.
• Own end‑to‑end solution design for major initiatives, ensuring the whole system delivers value to daily operations.
• Lead technical and solution workshops with customers, partners and internal teams during discovery, requirements gathering and feasibility studies.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities: technical scoping, proposal creation, RFP responses and early‑stage estimation.
• Provide architectural guidance for assigned domains, maintaining integrity of domain boundaries and bounded contexts.
• Collaborate with Delivery to sequence and phase work so the architecture supports a realistic roadmap.
• Develop solution artefacts such as capability maps, integration blueprints and effort assessments for business use.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing complex, integrated systems in a cloud environment.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders, including commercial leadership and clinical staff.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops, challenging requirements and guiding customers toward the real problem.
• Deep interest in learning the audiology domain and translating clinical workflows into software solutions.
