Software Tester (D365) with German – Freelance

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Software Tester specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 who can communicate effectively in German. You will join a consulting team that supports clients in their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse business and functional requirements.
• Design test scenarios and test cases based on project documentation.
• Execute functional UI tests, integration tests and API tests in Dynamics 365 environments.
• Identify, report and monitor defects using test‑management tools.
• Report progress of testing activities and maintain test documentation.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, developers and international teams to ensure timely defect resolution.
• Support end‑to‑end testing across business processes and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional software testing experience.
• Hands‑on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
• Fluent German for stakeholder communication and very good English.
• Practical knowledge of test‑management and defect‑tracking tools (HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar).
• Understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, five days a week, as a sole proprietor or business entity in Poland.
