Software Engineer – LLM & AI Solutions

About the role

Snowflake is building AI‑native solutions for its global support organization. The Software Engineer will work on cutting‑edge large language model (LLM) technologies, fine‑tuning models, developing agents, and creating intelligent workflows that automate troubleshooting and incident discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine ML and LLM models critical to Snowflake’s business.
• Design metrics and experiments to validate insights and model performance.
• Implement projects across the stack, including Java and Python services hosted in Snowflake and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as product management and design.
• Deliver features that require coordination with multiple partner teams.

Required profile

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience.
• 1+ years of practical machine‑learning experience.
• Strong interest in state‑of‑the‑art LLM‑based solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
