Site HSES Specialist

About the role

The Site HSES Specialist will create health and safety awareness, work directly with Operations, and develop programs, policies and trainings to ensure compliance and safe operations for customers, the community and associates.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve project safety requirements across construction, erection, commissioning, shutdown and maintenance activities.
• Deliver construction and site safety management trainings for Engineering & Construction employees.
• Identify client HSES requirements, support contractor qualification, and prepare HSES organization from bidding to start‑up.
• Conduct on‑site HSES audits, investigations of safety events and maintain reporting.
• Lead safety campaigns, update standards and improve the Site HSES Management System.

Required profile

• Higher education in health and safety or related postgraduate studies.
• Proven practical experience in construction HSE, preferably within an international company.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Technical understanding of construction, chemical and gas safety risks.

Required skills

• General site safety training delivery.
• Work at height, confined space, scaffolding acceptance, road safety.
• Locking out/Tagging out, electrical safety, safety in commissioning.
• Construction HSE risk assessment and mitigation.
