About the role
RTS Wind AG is looking for a Service Technician specialized in blade repair to join its team in Stettin. You will work on‑site repairing and maintaining rotor blades for wind turbines, contributing to the energy transition.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out repairs and maintenance work on rotor blades.
- Inspect blade surfaces and perform internal checks.
- Document all performed work.
- Collaborate with a small team of 2‑3 colleagues.
Required profile
- Completed vocational training as laminator, painter, boat builder or a similar field.
- Experience in surface coating and plastics processing (desired).
- IRATA Level 2 certification.
- Driving licence class B or higher.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent English.
