Service Sales Specialist – Warsaw

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Service Sales Specialist to join its Warsaw team. In this role you will drive service sales initiatives, support partners, and contribute to the growth of Huawei's ICT solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct service market analysis, sales planning, and develop targets and strategies.
• Lead service renewal projects and identify new service sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver service solution workshops and presentations for partners and customers.
• Organise quarterly partner meetings and manage ongoing service sales projects.
• Create commercial proposals for bidding processes and support projects to achieve winning results.
• Provide proactive support to partners and customers on all service‑related sales matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business or a related field.
• Fluent English; Chinese knowledge is a plus.
• Achievement‑driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to analyse bidding documents.
