Senior SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Consultant (EWM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join Bosch’s international Supply Chain Team in Warsaw and help drive the SAP S/4HANA transformation for warehouse management. The role bridges logistics processes and technical implementation, ensuring the future of global logistics is digital and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a senior consultant for Bosch Rexroth, supporting warehousing and material flow processes.
• Serve as the process expert for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) within the S/4HANA transformation project.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions together with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct functional analyses, prepare functional specifications and align them with development teams.
• Prioritise backlog items with the Process Delegate and provide technical assessments for custom developments.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Proven experience with SAP SCM modules, especially EWM, and participation in S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Polish.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in an international, cross‑functional environment.
