Senior Sales Representative (Remote, Poland)

About the role

MKS ATOTECH, based in Poznań, is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to work remotely and support customers across Poland. Although the company's expertise is electrochemistry and electroplating, it is open to candidates with backgrounds in chemical sales, industrial chemicals or laboratory work who want to move into a dynamic sales career. You will report directly to the Sales Business Manager and work with local and international teams in sales, logistics, R&D and chemical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with existing customers and support them with technical and commercial solutions
• Actively acquire new customers across Poland
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and quoting to negotiation and delivery
• Provide post-sales support and nurture long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate records and reports in the CRM system

Required profile

• Higher technical education preferred (Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Biotechnology)
• Prior experience in chemical sales, industrial chemicals or laboratory work
• Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%); a valid Category B driving licence is required

Required skills

• Knowledge of electrochemistry, electroplating or surface treatment is a strong asset
• B2B sales experience and negotiation skills are a plus
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organizational abilities
