Senior Product Manager

About the role

SOFTSWISS is expanding its Sportsbook Product Team and seeks a Senior Product Manager to own product areas that shape player experience, operational efficiency, and growth. You will work in a fast‑growing international iGaming company, turning ideas into structured solutions and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap for the assigned area.
• Translate business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized initiatives.
• Drive feature delivery from discovery through release and post‑launch evaluation.
• Ensure product quality and readiness throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities early and propose mitigations.
• Define and adopt new processes to improve product team efficiency.
• Handle recurring operational tasks such as monitoring, reporting, and cross‑team coordination.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to align solutions with business objectives.
