Senior Product Designer – Full-Time

About the role

We’re looking for an eager and knowledgeable Product Designer to join our technical team in Warsaw, Poland. You’ll be expected to utilize bleeding‑edge technology and robust techniques while communicating effectively and managing multiple tasks. Creativity, problem‑solving, and a passion for simple, logical solutions are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor current code to a service‑oriented architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver optimal solutions for customers.
• Solve technical problems that few have tackled before.
• Participate in decision‑making processes and voice ideas.
• Mentor team members and share your passion for software engineering.
• Improve quality, speed, and scalability of built solutions.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software design experience.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative and innovative thinking.
• Basic understanding of materials and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of proven design patterns.
• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements.
