Senior Manager – Sales Technology (Financial Services)

About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior Manager to lead Sales Technology initiatives for its Financial Services clients. The role sits in the SWAT team, bridging client needs with PwC’s technical delivery capabilities and driving end‑to‑end sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development for PwC Technology transformation services in the financial sector, managing pipeline and delivery backlog.
• Own sales strategy, negotiations, proposals/RFPs and deal structuring, ensuring timely closures and smooth hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with technology partners (Microsoft, Oracle, Google, AWS) to generate joint business opportunities.
• Work with PwC’s marketing and line‑of‑service teams to create consistent, joint pipelines and client proposals.
• Maintain end‑to‑end client relationships, acting as the single point of contact from discovery through execution.
• Co‑lead strategic platforms (e.g., EPB, CFO Compass) and co‑own the technology agenda for priority clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, management or business development.
• Proven track record in services sales and technology solutions for banking or insurance.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts.
• Ability to identify market trends and translate them into business opportunities.
