Senior Kinaxis Maestro Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Kinaxis Maestro Consultant you will join Bosch's Warsaw competence centre and contribute to the digital transformation of Bosch businesses worldwide. You will work in an international, multicultural environment, collaborating daily with teams from Poland, Germany, India and Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Kinaxis Maestro transformation projects as a core member of design, build, integration or deployment teams.
• Design, configure and develop Kinaxis Maestro solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Gather and define business requirements, create specifications and comprehensive documentation.
• Participate in solution delivery, end‑to‑end testing, problem solving and end‑user training.
• Collaborate closely with SAP S/4 HANA projects, focusing on systems integration and data mapping.
• Work within agile, cross‑functional teams and support internal Bosch clients across diverse business models.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a consultant on end‑to‑end Kinaxis Maestro implementation projects.
• Senior‑level expertise in Kinaxis Maestro applications for supply, forecasting and demand planning.
• Strong background in systems integration and data mapping (preferred).
• Relevant higher education (e.g., engineering, computer science, supply chain management).
