Senior Implementation Consultant - Supply Chain Risk Management

About the role

Sphera, a global provider of enterprise software and services for environmental, health, safety and sustainability, is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant for its supply chain risk management solutions. You will own customer implementation projects from kickoff to completion, working closely with customers to understand their needs, configure and enable the solution, train users and guide them toward meaningful value. The role is remote and sits within a key part of the implementation team.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer implementation projects from kickoff to completion, keeping them on time, within scope and to a high standard
• Lead customer meetings and workshops, translate requirements into solution configurations and approaches, and provide training and guidance
• Act as a trusted advisor, applying supply chain expertise to give practical recommendations
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks and customer expectations
• Apply project management and PMO principles, plan projects, track backlogs, document work and share best practices internally
• Support pre-sales: help with solution scoping, estimates, proposals and demonstrations
• Share knowledge with colleagues and help improve implementation methodologies, templates and processes

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in supply chain management, ideally in procurement, supplier management, sustainability, supply chain operations or supply chain risk
• Client-facing consulting, implementation, project management or similar experience
• Demonstrable experience managing projects, workstreams or customer engagements end to end
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Comfortable working independently in a collaborative team

Highly desirable: specific SCRM experience, experience with supply chain risk, procurement, supplier management or compliance software, prior experience with a supply chain risk software provider or consultancy, and previous roles as an implementation, functional, project or business consultant.
