About the role

Join OneOcean, a fast‑moving innovator backed by Lloyd’s Register, as a Senior FullStack (.Net/React) Developer. Working fully remote from Poland, you will help build the core of a digital education platform that empowers maritime professionals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET‑based backend services and cloud components.
• Create responsive, user‑friendly front‑end interfaces using React.js.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior full‑stack developer.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
