Senior Creative Producer

About the role

Ruby Labs is seeking a systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for a core D2C subscription product in the consumer AI space. You will be responsible for the full concept‑to‑performance loop, driving creative volume, testing, and translating data into winning concepts that directly impact key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own creative angle strategy, selecting hooks, pains, and value propositions to test.
• Develop diverse creative formats including demo‑led ads, UGC‑style video, static images, and AI‑generated assets.
• Maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and patterns.
• Run the creative pipeline across major ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin) and ship new concepts weekly.
• Design systematic A/B testing frameworks, analyze results, and iterate quickly.
• Own creative‑level metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and generate hypotheses from performance data.
• Conduct competitor research and track emerging formats and policy shifts.
• Collaborate daily with User Acquisition managers to align volume needs.

Required profile

• 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products.
• Proven track record of high‑volume output and live‑testing multiple concepts weekly.
• Deep knowledge of major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
• Fluency with an AI production stack for image, video, voice, and scripting tools.
• Ability to read creative‑level performance data independently and act without an analyst.
• Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results.
