Senior Consultant – Veeva Safety Managed Services (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Managed Services team, supporting pharmaceutical customers on Vault Safety. You will work remotely, helping life‑science organizations improve drug safety and pharmacovigilance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead rapid configuration of Vault Safety for assigned customers.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on drug safety and pharmacovigilance.
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and perform system configuration and validation.
• Act as primary liaison between customers, implementation teams, and Veeva product groups.
• Guide post‑implementation adoption, change‑management, and governance.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery model improvements.

Required profile

• 8+ years in drug safety or pharmacovigilance.
• 4+ years in a consulting or customer‑facing software implementation role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a STEM field.

Required skills

• Experience with Veeva Vault, ArisG, or Oracle Argus.
• SaaS/Cloud solution implementation.
• Knowledge of software validation processes.
• Agile methodology and ACP certification.
