Senior Consultant – M&A Operations (Deal Value Team)

About the role

PwC’s Delivering Deal Value Team is expanding to help clients navigate increasingly complex M&A transactions. As a Senior Consultant you will lead strategic planning and execution of post‑merger integration, synergy analysis, and divestiture processes, ensuring value capture and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of complex post‑merger integration initiatives.
• Conduct in‑depth synergy analyses, identifying, quantifying, and validating potential synergies.
• Advise clients on divestiture separation planning and risk mitigation.
• Guide detailed operational due diligence to assess target operating environments.
• Support clients in communicating operational quality and strategic positioning to prospective buyers.

Required profile

• Experience on operational or financial aspects of M&A projects (integration, synergy analysis, carve‑out, due diligence).
• Strong financial analysis capabilities and understanding of key financial drivers.
• Proficiency with AI‑enabled tools for automation, information analysis, and content generation.
• Ability to quickly interpret large data sets and extract key insights.
• Excellent written communication and report‑writing skills.
• Independent work style with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
