School Front Desk Officer

About the role

The School Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for students, teachers, parents and staff at Akademeia High School, providing information and support. The role involves welcoming visitors, managing transportation, handling correspondence, and supporting school events.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide students, teachers, parents, and guests, providing information and assistance.
• Manage school transportation for students and teachers.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain a correspondence journal.
• Monitor the school event calendar and communicate upcoming events to the community.
• Provide simple office support to teachers and guests, including processing office orders.
• Participate in school event teams as requested by the line manager.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
• Competent IT skills, including an understanding of the Microsoft Suite.
• Experience in a school or international environment is desirable but not essential.
