SAP Security Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

PwC Poland’s Technology Risk team is seeking an experienced SAP Security Manager to lead engagements across SAP S/4HANA, IAM/IAG and GRC implementations. You will work with global clients, translating complex security designs into actionable recommendations for senior business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute SAP security and authorization design projects.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of SAP security controls, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) and change management.
• Review client IT policies against industry standards and compliance frameworks.
• Produce executive‑level reports and present findings to C‑suite stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior consultants.
• Oversee project finances, resource allocation and delivery timelines.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and client pitches.

Required profile

• 7‑8+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP security engagements.
• Strong audit and risk knowledge, especially SAP IT audits.
• Proven project leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and professional fluency in Polish.
