SAP Functional Consultant – SD/MM (S/4HANA)

About the role

The SAP Functional Consultant will join the Order to Cash (OtC) team of Sanoma Learning, supporting the SAP ECC system used across five European business units. Working in an Agile/Scrum environment, the consultant will improve business processes, deliver value, and ensure smooth operation of the SAP SD/MM landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP system users (incidents, requests, problems) across multiple business units.
• Monitor and maintain day‑to‑day system performance.
• Develop and customize SAP SD/MM functionality to meet OtC requirements.
• Coordinate with ABAP and integration consultants, ensuring proper configuration and integration.
• Lead end‑to‑end testing, key‑user training, and support go‑live activities.

Required profile

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, especially SD, MM and preferably WM modules.
• Participation in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Good knowledge of logistics business processes and integration with FI, CO, BW.
• Familiarity with support tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in an international, distributed Agile team.
