Sales Engineer – Separation Technology

About the role

Alfa Laval is looking for a Sales Engineer – Separation Technology to develop sales and customer relationships across Poland. You will work with customers in food, beverage, dairy and biopharma sectors, turning process challenges into technical solutions and representing Alfa Laval’s world‑leading separation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing accounts in the Polish market.
• Visit customer sites, understand their processes and recommend appropriate separation equipment.
• Manage the full commercial cycle from technical discussion to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with application engineers, product managers and service teams to create integrated solutions.
• Represent Alfa Laval at trade shows, technical seminars and industry events.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Biotechnology, Food Technology Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering or process engineering, preferably in food, dairy, biopharma or related process industries.
• Comfortable with frequent travel (3–4 days per week) and field work across Poland.
• Fluent in Polish and English with a valid Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of separation technologies such as centrifuges, decanters and filtration systems.
• Experience with industrial process equipment.
