Safety Consultant – Managed Services (Remote)

About the role

Veeva’s Managed Services team supports biopharmaceutical customers after Veeva applications go live. As a Safety Consultant you will work remotely with a portfolio of drug safety and pharmacovigilance customers, helping them maximise the value of the Vault Safety solution.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new features and keep the Veeva Safety suite up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with customer business and IT teams to gather and translate requirements.
• Design solutions that meet both expressed and anticipated customer needs.
• Act as the liaison between implementation, maintenance, and internal product teams.
• Guide customers on best practices for Vault adoption and drive SaaS change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• 2.5+ years in a life‑sciences drug safety/pharmacovigilance role OR 4+ years configuring/supporting software in a customer‑facing capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience working in consulting or other customer‑facing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in life sciences, healthcare, STEM or related field; postgraduate studies in PV/clinical trials are a plus.

• Regulated systems knowledge (e.g., Oracle Argus, ArisG)
• Content‑management software configuration
