Risk & Capital Management Team Member (German)

About the role

Join PwC Poland’s FS Consulting team as a Risk & Capital Management Team Member. You will work on cross‑border projects for German banks and fintech companies, gaining hands‑on experience in advanced risk management while collaborating with colleagues in Poland and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Support consulting engagements on market, credit, operational risk and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in developing analytical tools for risk‑weighted asset calculations and reporting automation.
• Contribute to risk‑ and capital‑related training sessions and stay updated on European regulations.
• Collaborate with PwC teams in both Poland and Germany, including occasional travel to Frankfurt.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and German (minimum C1 level).
• Completed or near‑completion degree in finance, business law, econometrics or a related quantitative field.
• Interest in financial services, risk management and regulatory environments.
• Some experience in financial services or consulting through internships, projects or training is welcomed.
