Recruitment Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join PwC Poland's Recruitment & Attraction team as a Recruitment Specialist. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring projects for the Managed Services Operations team, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and strong partnership with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for finance, law, technology, and business services roles.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency and quality of recruitment workflows.
• Provide status reports, recommendations, and problem‑solving for recruitment projects.
• Utilise recruitment and employer branding tools to attract top talent.
• Participate in employer branding events, job fairs, and collaborate with external suppliers.
• Partner with hiring managers and support teams to design effective hiring strategies.
• Contribute to additional HR projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
