Purchasing Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Purchasing Intern to join our team in Warsaw. This hybrid position provides hands‑on exposure to procurement and supply‑chain operations, ideal for final‑year students or recent graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with material procurement and supplier coordination.
• Support inventory tracking and control activities.
• Help with purchase planning and material availability checks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow.
• Maintain and track key performance metrics (KPIs) related to purchasing and vendor delivery performance (OTIF).
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing material movement and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s student in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Commitment to a 3‑month program, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Fluent in English; Polish is a plus.
• Eligible to work legally in Poland.
• Basic analytical skills and sound judgment in straightforward situations.
• Good communication and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
