About the role
Alcon is seeking a Manager to lead its Project Management Office and drive the implementation of Service Management Practices across the AGS WAW Center in Poland. The role ensures governance, supports transitions, and coordinates high‑visibility events for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the PMO, maintaining governance frameworks, documentation, and compliance across all projects.
- Plan, execute and deliver end‑to‑end transitions in partnership with the AGS Global transitions team, managing milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Prepare and present reports for global and local centers, and support budget management activities.
- Organise town‑hall meetings, boardroom presentations and Executive Leadership Team visits, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage the Visitor Management process, coordinating with security and facilities to ensure smooth site access.
- Lead the rollout of the Service Management Practices (SMP) Framework, train functional teams and continuously improve the framework.
- Maintain Business Continuity Management documentation and support Center Maturity Model KPI reporting.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a PMO or large‑scale project/program environment.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance and transition management.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Experience preparing executive‑level presentations and reports.
- Ability to manage visitor and event logistics in a secure facility.
