Project Engineer – Industrial Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

The Project Engineer will support the delivery of industrial construction and infrastructure projects at Nestlé Purina's manufacturing facility in Wrocław. You will work on building extensions, utilities, roads, parking areas, external infrastructure, and production facility upgrades, gaining hands‑on project management experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, GMP, and plant operational systems.
• Supervise construction and installation works both inside the plant and in adjacent external areas.
• Manage subcontractors’ progress, safety, and work quality on a daily basis.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities.
• Coordinate designers, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
• Monitor project milestones, costs, and risks, and prepare technical specifications.

Required profile

• Higher education in an engineering field, preferably construction or sanitary/electrical installations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects, preferably modernising industrial facilities in the food sector.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and quality standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
