Program Manager - Warsaw

About the role

The Program Manager will be responsible for the operational success of TransPerfect, ensuring seamless team collaboration, program delivery, strategic customer service and quality control. The role requires solid program management skills, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams in both face‑to‑face and virtual environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own service delivery for the program across geographically dispersed client and TransPerfect teams.
• Establish operational benchmarks, timelines and resources to achieve strategic goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to design and implement process‑improvement initiatives and efficient workflow models.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, setting and meeting service and delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen client relationships and support new business opportunities.
• Identify gaps and trends to maximize revenue potential through service expansion or diversification.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in high‑performance, collaborative peer groups.
• Leadership experience managing teams.
• Prior experience in the translation industry (desired).
• Six Sigma certification or experience (desired).
• PMP or Prince2 certification or experience (desired).

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency with technology as a management reporting tool.
