Production Planning Internship – Talent Academy

About the role

This 3‑month paid internship is part of 3M's Talent Academy program. You will work in the Production Planning team at the Wrocław site, gaining hands‑on experience with supply‑chain data, SAP ECC, and Power BI while supporting real‑world process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze supply‑chain data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Participate in projects aimed at increasing production planning efficiency.
• Assist in optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Work with SAP ECC and Power BI modules related to the supply chain.
• Support the Production Planning team in daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in supply‑chain, logistics, management, or production engineering.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English for effective communication.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP ECC (basic level).
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization.
