Product Support Engineer – Global SaaS Support

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for a Product Support Engineer to join its rapidly growing Product Support team in Poland. You will provide global technical assistance for Veeva’s industry‑cloud suite, working closely with customers, consulting, sales engineering, development and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide global support for all issues related to the Veeva product suite, including critical production incidents.
• Troubleshoot system unavailability, data integrity problems, and configuration issues.
• Gather information, replicate issues in test environments, and propose resolutions or work‑arounds.
• Coordinate release deployments and configuration changes into production.
• Document new processes, maintain existing documentation, and keep support tools up to date.
• Serve as a client‑facing representative of the Development and Product teams and interface with engineering, product management, and professional services as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 2nd‑ or 3rd‑line product support.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with a hands‑on problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Development and Technical Operations teams.
