Product Management Director – Soft FM & Estates

About the role

As Product Management Director you will own SINGU’s Soft FM and Estates product suite, driving strategy, growth and integration across the European market. You will lead a team of four product managers, work closely with customers and partner with sales, engineering and architecture to deliver AI‑enhanced solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the product managers, handling hiring, coaching, performance reviews and career progression.
• Define and maintain product road‑maps, prioritize initiatives and allocate resources to balance discovery and delivery.
• Champion modern product practices – continuous discovery, outcome‑based road‑mapping and hypothesis‑driven development.
• Coordinate with commercial, sales and engineering teams to align product strategy with revenue goals and integrate acquired products into a unified platform.
• Drive adoption of AI‑powered tools and analytics to improve product insights and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, at least three in B2B SaaS.
• Minimum two years of people‑management experience leading product managers.
• Proven track record of guiding product or team change – new ways of working, restructures or post‑acquisition integration.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI within product development and using data‑driven decision making.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to partner with sales to drive revenue and retention.
