Product Engineer

About the role

Boldare is looking for a Product Engineer who can talk to clients, understand real problems, build end‑to‑end solutions and own the outcome, using AI as a second brain.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with clients from early discovery through delivery, without a proxy or PM buffer.
• Build end‑to‑end solutions across the stack, primarily backend‑heavy but also handling frontend tasks when needed.
• Use AI tools daily for coding, QA, architecture decisions and speed up development.
• Develop AI‑powered features and integrations such as agents, LLM‑based workflows and RAG systems.
• Help clients understand what AI can achieve, not just deliver their initial requests.

Required profile

• Strong backend experience in Java.NET, PHP or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Daily, production‑level use of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Hands‑on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar) into real projects.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients and stakeholders in technical conversations.
• Full‑stack capability: backend‑strong but able to handle frontend tasks.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish.
