Product and Customer Value Manager – Neuroscience

About the role

The Product and Customer Value Manager (PCVM) – Neuroscience is responsible for the end‑to‑end performance of assigned products, driving financial and non‑financial targets while building strong relationships with key customers in Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic account‑management roadmap, fostering long‑term business relationships and maximizing sales potential.
• Monitor execution of account plans using lead and lag KPIs, and implement strategies to improve client experience and loyalty.
• Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy for assigned neuroscience products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and deliver optimized brand plans, national sales targets, and growth scenarios.
• Shape omnichannel customer interaction journeys, coordinating face‑to‑face, telephone and digital touchpoints within budget.
• Engage medical societies, national KOLs and key hospital decision‑makers to deliver strategic projects.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 5 years of sales and commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in key‑account management, contracting, tendering and building relationships with hospital administrators and purchasers.
• Strong project‑management, influencing and adaptability skills.
• Native Polish speaker with very good English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience in sales, commercial planning and brand strategy within pharma.
• Knowledge of product life‑cycle management, pricing, generic competition and tender processes.
