Planning & Scheduling Engineer

About the role

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction is looking for a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to create, track and manage project schedules from proposal through execution. You will act as the “source of truth” for project timelines, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Build baseline project timelines for bidding and estimate planning hours during the proposal phase.
• Create detailed master schedules using Work Breakdown Structures, set up progress baselines, S‑curves and resource plans.
• Track progress across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction teams, updating schedules regularly.
• Monitor critical paths, report performance KPIs and identify early signs of delay.
• Collaborate with team leads to develop corrective actions and mitigate risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, EPC or oil & gas with hands‑on planning and scheduling.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Experience with progress tracking tools; SAP knowledge is a plus.
